The owner of this house gave us only 10 months to finish this 5 bedroom luxury home as he wanted to relocate to South Africa from England, but we managed to complete this house in less than 8 Month at very tight budget.

Renovation of the house and intertior design

This house was first built in 1965 and the previous owner sold this property to Mr Maluleke who approached us for renovations and remodeling it to look brand-new, Yes we managed to renovate this house in less that 8  months.

Pretoria east Shopping center renovation

This was one of the most challenging one in our history, it was built next to a feeling station and a school which made it impossible for trucks to deliver material in time, but we managed to complete the renovation of this shopping center within 6 months.
